Adapting Our Content moves label off screen?

I'm not sure why this is but I'm following iOS development with Swift and when I use the Pin perimeters just like in the video it moves my label off the screen. I fixed it by changing the parameters in the size inspector but i'm not sure if thats the correct way of going about it.

you need to add x and y constraints as well, not just width and height. continue watching the video, it most likely adds those constraints.

For some reason his x and y values didn't change when he used the pin perimeters where as mine did. I ended up changing them back and it worked out. Thanks for the help really appreciate it. :)
