ADB is not responding

when I try to run the app it says that the ADB isn't working and I need to "wait more" or "restart". What should I do?

What is your operating system? Have you ever been able to run the app?

Hi tom,

I've had that problem. My solution was to start the ABD manager manually with the ABD manager button, select the emulator, then click the Run button after the emulator started. Good Luck
