ADB not responding

ADB not responding. You can wait more, or kill "adb" process manually and click 'Restart' Errors from ADB: adb: ADB server didn't ACK adb: * failed to start daemon * ddms: '/Volumes/Android Studio/Android Studio.app/sdk/platform-tools/adb,start-server' failed -- run manually if necessary

I have unchecked and rechecked the enable ADB integration button in the tools menu though it is still not letting me run my app.

ctl + alt + del. Start Task Manager. Click on Processes. End every adb process.
