Hey Veerpartap,

If I'm not mistaking the class name should be: <a class="social-links"></a>. Simply replace the 'dot' with a 'dash'

the 'social-links' will then be used as a class selector in CSS to apply styling.

When creating a .class in <html> for targeting in CSS, it would be wise to investigate BEM, which is a methodology that helps devs create well-organized 'classes.' @shaypaustovsky advice should help solve your problem in that the . in 'class' should be used with CSS only. When writing classes in <html>, you only write the name itself. With BEM in mind, perhaps you would name your class <a class="social__links">xyz</a> then use the social__xyz construct to target elements of the 'social' nature.
