7,343 PointsAdd a conditional statement that opens an alert dialog box with the message "You are correct" when answer = 'JavaScript'
I've looked through previous answers but have failed to find one that actually passes the quiz. Any help? So far I have
var answer = prompt ('What is the best programming language?'); if ( answer.toUpperCase === 'JAVASCRIPT' ) { alert ('<p>You are correct</p>');
With my code as written above I get the error message, 'Javascript' or 'javascript' is not equal to 'JavaScript'
any help would be greatly appreciated!
var answer = prompt ('What is the best programming language?');
if ( answer.toUpperCase === 'JAVASCRIPT' ) {
alert ('<p>You are correct</p>');
}

To call the "toUpperCase" method on a string, you need to include the parentheses. answer.toUpperCase()
Hope that helps!
