This was a hard one! The rule is: [attribute="value"]

[type="text"] {
   background-color:lightyellow;
}

a[title="More!"] { color: darkred; }

input[type="text"] { background-color: lightyellow; }

input[type="submit"] { color: white; background-color: steelblue; }
