Add a submit button with the text "Place Order".

Can someone help me figure out what I'm missing here. The closing </form>, </body>, and </html> tags all have a red line underneath. Was thinking I'm missing closing quotes or something.

index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Forms</title>
  </head>
    <body>
      <form action="index.html" method="post">
        <h1>Shirt Order Form</h1>
        <label for="color">Shirt Color</label>
        <select id="color" name="shirt_color">
          <option value="red">Red</option>
          <option value="yellow">Yellow</option>
          <option value="purple">Purple</option>
          <option value="Blue">Blue</option>
          <option value="Green">Green</option>
          <option value="Orange">Orange</option>
          <button type="submit">Place Order</button>
    </form>
  </body>
</html>

The code seems fine to me. It might be some config issue with your code editor. Which code editor are you using ?

you missed the closing tag </select>, and you need to close it before the button tag

Hi Stephen,

You are missing the closing select tag. Should look as follows:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Forms</title>
  </head>
    <body>
      <form action="index.html" method="post">
        <h1>Shirt Order Form</h1>
        <label for="color">Shirt Color</label>
        <select id="color" name="shirt_color">
          <option value="red">Red</option>
          <option value="yellow">Yellow</option>
          <option value="purple">Purple</option>
          <option value="Blue">Blue</option>
          <option value="Green">Green</option>
          <option value="Orange">Orange</option>
        </select>
          <button type="submit">Place Order</button>
    </form>
  </body>
</html>

Hope this helps, Shaun
