Add loading script to portfolio page?

How can i add a loading screen onto a page

I am making my portfolio and due to the high resolution images and other elements it may take longer on some internet connections than others

I dont want employers to see the loading images. i would rather a loading screen and then show the fully loaded page.

anyway to do this?
