You forgot to add the table body element (<tbody>)

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>HTML Tables</title>
  </head>
  <body>

    <table>
     <thead>
      <tr>
        <th scope="col">Name</th>
        <th scope="col">Job</th>
      </tr>
     </thead>
     <tbody>
      <tr>
        <td>Nick</td>
        <td>Designer</td>
      </tr>
      <tr>
        <td>Andrew</td>
        <td>Developer</td>
      </tr>
      <tr>
        <td>Dave</td>
        <td>Developer</td>
      </tr>
     </tbody>
    </table>

  </body>
</html>

Looks like you got the thead, now just need tbody around the three rows with names in them.
