Adding a forum to a website.

I have a rails website and would like to add a forum to it. I would like something very similar to the treehouse forum. Does anyone know a good place to start? What gem/frameworks/preexisting code could I use so I don't have to start from scratch?

There's Forem, you can probably make it look more look like Treehouse's forum. Here's more info:
