Adding Active Members to a Current Account

Q: How do I add active members onto a group account?

I tried to invite folks, but I received the error message: "Oops! john.smith@company.com is already a Treehouse member. This email is already being used by another Treehouse Member. We're sorry!"

Any suggestions on how to add members that were part of groups before and manage active and inactive accounts?
