"Adding an Image" issue

Hi. I had a problem here when I followed the video. The app crashes in the emulator then I tried to follow the "Teacher's notes" but unfortunately it doesn't work on me also. I don't know what I did wrong here then I tried to download the project files and import it on my workspace but it doesn't work also. Please help, I want to continue from here. :(

Can you tell me more about the crash? This has been a trouble spot lately because of some tools upgrades and I'm trying to understand all the issues. Sorry for your trouble!

What kind of error messages do you get in the console or logcat tabs in Eclipse?
