adding content at different breakpoints

how can l add content to my website made with zurb foundation at different breakpoints. l want to display a different content on small devices.

One way to do it would be to have the content already built and present, and just define some aptly named classes and/or data- attributes that switch between "display: none;" and "display: block;" (or "display: inline-block;", of course) to toggle on and off at the appropriate breakpoints.
