Adding Vimeo Video to Website

I'm in the middle of building my portfolio and one of my first projects is a page for my friend who is a reporter.

I need to add a video to a page, but I'm unsure of....

1.) How to make sure it displays properly on mobile, tablet and desktop

2.) What the best practices are for adding it to the website ( a.)styling, b.)adding the url in the event user's browser doesn't support, c.)download the video then ref it OR embed it)

Can someone give me some guidance please?

The video is on Vimeo.

On another note, I've already attempted to add the embed code to my html file but it does not load and gives me a broke image instead.

Okay. I figured it out :/

I didn't know that I couldn't preview the video before I published it. In order to do that I had to a the http: to the url. Worked after that.

Thanks all!
