Adjust Profile Page and Header CSS Video Question image float

I am finding that when adjusting the browser size the number 12 image jumps from floating right to floating left, however I have checked my code to the file available with the downloads and can't find an issue in responsive.css. Has anyone else had this issue?

Can you describe better what it looks like? Is this for the 2 column or 3 column layout? Can you describe where each image is?
