Adjusting header so it remains the same size across webpages for my website

I've completed 'How to Make a Website' however I've having trouble with my header. The Nav and Logo for some reason are enlarging themselves on my portfolio page while my other two webpages that are directly linked to the same project don't have this issue. I've tried overriding the scrollbar but that isn't working either. I'll post some pics to clarify a bit more...
