Advanced SASS Q

I know it's hardly possible to change the selectors via SASS but what i am looking for is : when a mixing is applied to a selector that mixin takes the name of that selector and uses the selector's name and applies pseudoelement like ::before to be able to use content: ' ';

example

.selector { @include mixin; }

compiles to

.selector::before { content: 'blah'; }

Oh ok it's @mixin foo { &::before { content: "blah"; } }
