Advice how to style a gallery section for a single web page

Hello friends. I have a task for creating a single web page, and get to a gallery section which has to be tabbed and make look like this: http://www6.zippyshare.com/v/1tx7osXa/file.html. Can you give me and advice how to style it and what technology to use to be fully responsive. I'm using twitter-bootstrap for my page. 10x in advance

You call this type of image galleries "masonry grids".

When you google it, you will find a ton of tutorials on the html, css and JavaScript to achieve the look.
