After changing permalinks page is "Not Found"

Following the Wordpress Theme Development videos, I changed the permalinks from "Default" to "Post Name" and now when I go to view any page, except for the home page, it gives me the error "Not Found".

This usually happens when "mod-rewrite" is not enabled on your local dev server (WAMP or a similar program). Here is a link about it.
