14,918 PointsAfter completing the Android track, how much familiarity should I expect with the Java language?
I am signed up for a Android class for Spring 2015 in school and I am taking the course in treehouse to better prepare for that. The course I am taking in Spring requires that I know a basics of Java language.

Treehouse Guest TeacherHello Prasanna,
After completing the Android Track you will certainly become quite familiar with the Java programming language. If you want to focus primarily on the language itself, Treehouse now has a great course called Java Basics.
You can also look forward to a new course this month called Java Objects;
I hope this helps.
