"Aim for 100%, or better."

Can you really get more than 100% coverage or is this a Kennethism?

Kenneth was known for injecting humor in his presentations, and it's too bad you can't see his face as he says that.

But the more practical advice is what he says at about 4:25 in the video: "Generally, you want to aim for about 90% or better".

Ah, I just rechecked at at 4:56 he says: "It's never a bad thing, though, to hit 100% or better"

Yes, I found where he says "100%" near the end, and revised my answer accordingly.
