Ajax: How to make new page slide in from the right

Hi guys,

lets say i have a box standard website with 3 pages.

a nav like this

Home | About | Contact

and content inside each of these.

Is it possible that when you click on the about page link, that the homepage slides out of vision to the left while at the same time the about page is sliding to the left into vision.

To give of an effect that they are actually joined and just sliding left. almost like an image slider effect but with actual different page content

Thanks Guys :)
