All my Provisioning File is Under Pending (Managed by Xcode)

And I can't do any device debug on my iphone,I just renew my certificates a few hours ago. Does any one meet this situation like this? How can I solve it?

Where are you seeing this? In Xcode or the Provisioning Portal?

OMG~Amit is replying me~, I saw this from apple developer site, yes,Provisioning Portal,in the provisioning list https://developer.apple.com/account/ios/profile/profileList.action It is ok now,I had asked apple, they said there were some upgrading during that time, all the certificates requests will be hang on,there will be a batch executes after the upgrading is done.

But I found a another way to do device debugging if you need to do it right now,you can setup a provisioning profile, and download the mobileprovision file, then put it to to folder /Users/username/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles Xcode will successful build .hope this helpful.
