Am I cool ?

My way is better. (I think)

Is this okay ?

alert(Math.ceil(Math.random() * parseInt(prompt("Chuck in a Maximum Number Pls"))))

Your code isn't linked to anything.

I don't know what it's being compared to or what the code is supposed to do.

Provide some context if you can.

In general, you'd want to use floor with random values for an even distribution.

There's a small chance that random could produce zero, but by using ceil, it would occur far less frequently than the other numbers.
