Am I looking at an old version of a track?

I like to dabble, and I'm part way through a few different tracks: Rails & PHP in particular, and it's been a while since I worked on them. If they update a track with new content, what happens to the people who are part way through? Am I seeing the same thing as everyone else, or am I seeing the old version?
