Am I the only one experiencing frequent video freezes?

Quite frequently the video lectures freeze and I have to reload. Should this be happening on a Web Design course? The movie cut out, just where Nick was taking off, where did he end up? Can I pull the movie back up? This concerns me...

It happends to me at the beggining of the video sometimes . But maybe you clicked the screen where he was talking so it returned to 00:00time . :/
