Am I watching the most updated version?

Im wondering if older videos are automatically taken off and updated with the new ones so I don't have to worry about getting the most up to date version. That being said, is this video the most current? I'm using XCode verson 9.1 and I couldn't follow along with all the UIKit portion of this video.

No, not usually. So some of the features added have been demoted so you cannot use them anymore, but there always is an alternative.

Yes, I believe older videos are automatically replaced with their updated counterparts but that's assuming they've recorded the new ones. I read in another comment thread from Object Oriented that he's using Swift 2 or 3 (can't remember which one). Swift 4 was released September 10, 2017.
