Hi Neeru,

Since an ID is a unique identifier for an element you can only use this once and never again in another element.

<div id="idname"></div>

A class is fifferent. You can use a class on any element and any number of times elsewhere in your document

<div class="classname"></div>

So try the answer "one" in both those spaces.

Hope this helps :)

Thanks!

I'm having an issue with the mobile app. For the basic selector review in CSS basic, I am entering "one" in both blank inputs and I am still getting an incorrect answer message. It is also marking my answers as wrong for all other fill in the blank questions even though I'm 100% positive its the correct answer. Please help.

Ps It would be nice if I could post screenshots of my mobile issue.

Also typing one and one in the mobile app and it's coming back with an error.

type 1

1 came back as false... one worked for me.

The correct answer is "An element can only have one ID, and a page can only have one element with the same ID name."

there must be a glitch in the quiz...I just went through it again and when you type in the correct answer it still says it's wrong. oh well.. find comfort knowing that you're right even if the system currently tells you otherwise.

oh wait... rookie mistake by me. i didn't realize that I was supposed to fill in both blanks... lol don't make the same mistake i did or you'll look a' fool on #teamtreehouse.
