print("Your string is too short")
elif len(sentence)>5:
print("Your string is too long")

The logic is good, just that the exercise requires you to return and not print.
So the code should look like this:
def just_right(sentence):
if len(sentence)<5:
return "Your string is too short"
elif len(sentence)>5:
return "Your string is too long"
else:
return True
