Help please! I keep getting a webpage not found response,

Sorry, your code isn't clear. I see there's not a closing > bracket on the closing </html> tag, but I'm not sure what page isn't found--you have no links.

Unsure on the problem you are having. It helps to copy paste your code here so we can see what you mean. But at a guess:

You need an opening HTML tag as well as saying it in the doctype.

<!doctype html> <html>

insert "#" after href="

So it should look like => a href="#some_text"
