When i run for the first time, I get a Problem window saying Path for project must have only one segment. This is also on the screen with An internal error occurred during "Launching New_configuration".

This usually means that your project name is missing from your run configuration. Something must have gotten deleted somehow. :) The "Run Configuration" is what Eclipse uses to run your project each time.
