Android development, videos going too fast?

Hi i just joined to Treehouse and my videos are going to fast and i can't understand anything. Can anyone help me? But if I click on "download standard video" it will go as normal speed.

Try hovering over the second-to-left button on the video bar and selecting '1.0x'. This should be normal speed.
