Android Extra Credit 1 : Layouts

The task is:

See if you can create a new project and add an image to the layout XML file using an ImageView. Then add an EditText field below the image that lets you type in a caption.

I have no idea what it is talking about here. This was not mentioned at all in the first set of videos. Any help?

I think that this task is misplaced and should not be in the first series of videos. It probably belongs in the second series: Creating the Screen Layout.
