Android SDK Manager Fetching URL: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/sys-img/x86/addon-x86.xml failed

I downloaded the android studio from developers.android.com

While opening Android SDK Manager in android studio to install packages. A popup opens and shows the error

Fetching URL: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/sys-img/x86/addon-x86.xml Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/sys-img/x86/addon-x86.xml/addon.xml, reason: IO Unknown Host dl-ssl.google.com

At the end it displays Done loading packages.

I opened the the IDE on run as administrator still unable to find the solution.
