Android Build a Self-Destructing Message Android App Starting the App Installing and Updating Our Tools

Android SDK Manager not Opening

My Android SDK manager is not opening. WHen clicking on it, it loads half way then the dialog box disappears. Eclipse itself runs fine and does not return any exit codes. I've tried everything but it is still not opening. Thanks for your help.
