Android - Stormy App - Including the Location into the App

Hi,

I am trying to include location in my Stormy App and is having trouble getting GooglePlay onto my genymotion emulator. Can someone who has done this give me a walkthrough please? I have followed countless tutorials for hours and it isn't helping.
