Android studio cannot find JAVA_HOME. I've googled and googled, tried all the solutions and nothing works. Win 10 64

Help!

Have you tried re-installing the program? I had a similar problem, it couldn't find some JAVA-thing. The problem was that I had moved it or changed the name of it. So I re-installed it, and now it works fine. I too have Win 10 x64.

Actually I solved this. Not sure why it worked but I extracted the android studio to a folder on my desktop instead of my download folder and it worked. Probably because my download folder isn't on the same drive as java?
