Android Studio | MAC | When I attempt to copy over the asset files to the folder...I get a read-only error for each one.

Funny thing is...it is moving the files somewhere, because they are no longer in the origin folder but they arent in the destination folder either.

Has anyone else seen this problem:

I did perform a workaround where i just copied the files to the drawable folders themselves instead of through Android Studio...but if anyone knows what the actual problem is with AS and the proper fix for it...it would be a better answer than this. Thanks

This is a frustrating issue! One workaround is to hold down the Option key when you drag the image into the Project pane in Android Studio. :-/
