I have windows 8.1 and it seems to be a problem common with this operating system. It only shows the splash screen and then just doesn't start. It's not in the processes and i've tried many solutions that one other post has on this issue but even his issue is not resolved yet. I'm almost wondering if i should wait until windows 8 comes out or if i should figure out how to downgrade to windows 7.
