Animations triggerd by scroll

Hey, i was wondering where i could learn to do animations triggerd by scrolling down the page like this one http://www.sochi2014.lifefitnessrussia.ru/?lang=en

I assume its a mix of code languages such as css and jquery. Does anyone have some links to tutorials to helps me out please?

I recommend you to first have a look to .scroll() in jquery documentation : http://api.jquery.com/scroll/
