Another nil response issue

I can't get anything other than a nil response using this code:

let baseURL = NSURL(string: "https://api.forecast.io/forecast/\(apiKey)/")
        let forecastURL = NSURL(string: "37.8267,-122.423", relativeToURL: baseURL)

        let sharedSession = NSURLSession.sharedSession()
        let downloadTask: NSURLSessionDownloadTask = sharedSession.downloadTaskWithURL(forecastURL!, completionHandler: {
            (
            location: NSURL!,
            response: NSURLResponse!,
            error: NSError!
            ) -> Void in
                println(error)
        })
        downloadTask.resume()

I've verified my API key is working. I've verified I have a working network connection.

Help!

Have you tried: "relativeToURL: baseURL!"

Thanks for the reply. It suddenly started working. I'm guessing the API call was being blocked for some reason.
