answer of incrementing and decrementing

I do not where goes wrong with my answer so I want the answer of this question

You have to change the charge() method not the isFullyCharged() method

  public void charge() {
    while(!isFullyCharged()) {
      mBarsCount++;
    }
    //mBarsCount = MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

Don't change anything in isFullyCharged() method

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {

    return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;

  }
