Any android and Java online training?

I'm looking for any company you know that provides training in Java and Android from Zero to Advanced. I want that training to be online. Any one knows a good one?

And what about Oracle?

I see you haven't earned any Android points here at Treehouse yet, so check out our materials first! We are releasing a project tomorrow and another big one next week. It's still not comprehensive, but should give you a really solid start with more to come.

We also plan on covering Java in the future. For now, check out some blog posts I wrote as well as a cool game for learning Java:

I checked some videos but I didn't like that fact that you teach me Android before Java. I think it's better to cover Java first then Andorid. This is why I look for another company.

Sure, I can understand that. Hopefully our whole track will serve you and others better with a Java course added in front.

We do teach the Java you need for the course, though, so if you decide to continue with the Crystal Ball app you can learn about basics like variables, if statements, methods, loops, classes, etc.

That's good but the result of the app seems to be very basic :D

Do you use the latest Android Studio?

Suli S: Of course it is basic. You need to start at the bottom and work your way up. You can't expect to create something complete and epic instantly ;)

Heh - what Paul said! My project tomorrow (the project version of a livestream workshop I did a few weeks ago) introduces Android Studio and you can work on our projects in Android Studio as long as you don't mind the videos being in Eclipse. If you get stuck with anything related to Android Studio just ask here in the Forum and we'll help you out.
