Any have this issue with BDD testing?

Has anyone ever seen this error before?

selenium.WebDriverException: unknown error: cannot create temp dir for user data dir

I was attempting to run BDD test in Intellij IDE because its more friendly towards BDD than eclipse. I keep getting this issue. I'm trying to debug it but do not know where to start and been Googling for days for leads but no luck.
