Any idea why these photos aren't showing in the site?

I had placeholder jpg's that were showing up in my site while I was waiting to create new graphics to take their place. Today I created graphics, named them, saved them as png's and replaced the old file names in the code to reflect the new graphic names. I saved everything, uploaded the new graphics to the appropriate folder via FTP as well as my updated "About" page and refreshed the page — and all I'm getting are broken image links.

Any idea why? Any info I need to provide to help figure this out?

Hey Gina,

Take a look at your folder structure.

You currently have it so your image source is looking for the images in the same directory as your index.html file.

Change your HTML from this:

<img src="KG-Showroom-Laval.png" alt="Example">

To this (Notice the difference?):

<img src="images/KG-Showroom-Laval.png" alt="Example">

Best,

Jacob

That's so strange! I was wondering if I needed to do that, but the original placeholder pics didn't have it, and I put the new graphics in the exact same folder, so I didn't see a reason to add that, since all I did was change the file name, not location or anything else. Hmmm... anyway — it's working now! Thanks, Jacob Proffer. :)
