Any Ideas?

Saw this the other day pen and thought wicked and made me think off putting together a single page site to wish my GF a happy valentines day this year. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas?

You could use some JavaScript or CSS3 animations and have her click to open or go through the page/site with your animations or some messages going 'in-and-out'
