Any Mirrors for the package?

I tried downloading the package via link from the description of the course but unfortunately the download for that link is like 3hours to finish (16-20kb/s) is there any other mirrors for much faster download of the package? thanks!

Mine it took around 5 minutes. I would advise you to check your internet connection as it is seems to be a local error.
