for example: https://teamtreehouse.com/library/how-to-make-a-website/html-first/what-is-html
videos struggling to load, just seeing perpetual loading icon. it doesn't matter if i use incognito mode or not. everything else on the web (youtube, etc) loads perfectly fine for me, so i know it's not my internet.

516 PointsSome general troubleshooting techniques that may be of help:
Make sure your browser is up to date.
Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc)
Check to see if you have the latest version of Flash installed (Check here: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html)
Clear your Cache and Refresh

I'm not having any issues, but jeremy hilton posted something similar recently. Might be a bug. I'd encourage you (as I did him) to contact support. Might be a problem with the new database they migrated to yesterday. It would be good for them to know who's having issues.

2,783 Pointsthanks guys. yeah i have everything latest and tried all my browsers (normal/incognito) and i can't even load their promo video on the homepage, much less the lesson videos.
anyway i opened a case in support and see what they say.

2,783 Pointsso i was told by support that there are a lot of AT&T internet users in the midwest having the same issues (i'm in chicago). can anyone else located in the midwest confirm this?
