Anyone else experiencing loading issues with the following video? Error loading this resource HTML Video and Audio

Page just flickers. Video doesn't load.

I have the same issue. I wanted a bit and cleared my history (not sure that helped) But after 10 mins or so it is working again.

I had that issue with the "Audio element" video and "Creating media". Quizes worked fine which is weird. So i guess couple of those videos are to blame.
