I was looking to make a web app similar to vine where you can upload videos of a set length (maybe 1 minute), and post them on a comment board. I was hoping to do this with django but can use something else if this is not possible.
What do you think is the best way to do this? and are there any video services which i could use but still restrict the time. Thanks Albert
